Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • You have 30 days from delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted 30 days from delivery date.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in it's original packaging.

SIZE / COLOUR CHANGES

Email us at hello@thepalm.au for size and colour changes as soon as possible. Once your order is fulfilled, changes cannot be made anymore.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not possible once order is processed.

RETURNS

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • A refund for the returned items will be processed once we receive your returned package.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed if applicable. For example, any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
  • No returns available on 'Final Sale' items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please contact us immediately at hello@thepalm.au to report any damage, defects or incorrect items received. Include clear pictures of the issue and the packaging with it's label. Our customer service team will review your claim and respond with a satisfactory solution.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us straight away. Additionally, reach out to the shipping company to file a claim immediately.
